Choose your product
Review the listing and selected size, colour, configuration, dimensions and compatibility before ordering. Normal printing characteristics do not excuse materially defective goods or products that materially differ from their listing.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos. Checkout shows the merchandise subtotal, applicable shipping charges, discounts and final total before the order is placed.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is available for a merchandise subtotal of up to ₱4,000, excluding shipping. Orders above this amount require prepaid payment. Shipping is charged on COD and prepaid orders. Payments are temporarily processed under HYPR Controllers Gaming Store, our sister business, so that name may appear on your payment confirmation or statement.
Stow will issue a paper or electronic invoice or receipt for each sale.
Customer accounts
Shopify manages Stow customer accounts. Sign in with the same email address used at checkout to view your orders and manage your contact and delivery details. Keep your email account and sign-in codes secure.
Cancellation and order changes
You may request full cancellation until 5:00 PM Philippine time on the next business day after the order is placed. Email Stow with your order number and cancellation request before this cutoff. If you have paid, an eligible full cancellation receives a full refund.
Business days exclude Philippine regular holidays and special non-working holidays.
After this window, we do not offer voluntary cancellation. This does not affect remedies where Stow cannot fulfil your order, the goods are defective or materially differ from their listing, or a remedy is required by law.
We will try to accommodate order changes, but changes are not guaranteed after production begins. We will confirm whether a change can be made and whether it affects the price or timeframe before making it.
Production
Normal production takes 3–5 business days. For all orders, the production clock starts when the order is placed. Orders over ₱7,000 may need additional production time.
A different pre-order timeframe applies only when the listing explicitly identifies the item as a Pre-order and clearly shows that timeframe.
Obvious pricing or configuration errors
If an obvious pricing or configuration error affects your order, Stow may cancel and fully refund it rather than fulfil it at the erroneous amount. We will explain the error. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different configuration without your agreement.
Order messages and marketing
Messages needed for order processing, payment, delivery or support are transactional. Buying from Stow does not automatically subscribe you to promotional email or SMS. Marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these policies excludes a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
